The Refund / Exchange request can be issued within 30 days from the day of purchase if you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, all products must be unused and in their original condition including the original box or packing. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors will result in a failure of refund/exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

3. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
